TRIO Aspire/Excel are federally-funded programs designed to provide in-depth academic support and motivation to low-income, first-generation students to graduate from Chabot College and/or transfer to a four-year college or university.

  • Transfer assistance, including free campus visits to local four-year colleges and universities
