TRIO ASPIRE/EXCEL is a federally funded program designed to provide in-depth academic support and motivation to low-income, first generation students to graduate from Chabot College and/or transfer to a four-year college or university.

  • Transfer assistance, including campus visits to local four-year colleges and universities
